In the last few months DTI Foundation as a partner representative of the ¨Knowledge Transfer in Organ Donation and Leadership from Europe to China¨- EU-CHINA KeTLOD project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, participated in two different meetings related to Capacity building projects in the field of higher education. Both events were organized by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). The capacity Building projects, EU-CHINA KeTLOD among of them, support the modernization, accessibility and internationalization of higher education.
The first meeting “Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education Cluster Meeting” were organized in Bejiing, China on 15th December 2016.
This meeting as representative of EU-CHINA KeTLOD consortium was attended by Dr. Entela Kondi the Coordinator from DTI Foundation and the representative of the 8 Chinese partners of the projects.

The main topics of this meeting were the principles and good practices, financial and contractual issues and also the bilateral discussion about the projects.
The EU-CHINA KeTLOD project was presented by Wenshi Jiang.
Meanwhile the second meeting “Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education Grant holders” was organized in Brussel, Belgium on January 25th to 27th 2017. As representatives of EU-CHINA KeTLOD project for this meeting were from University of Barcelona Jose Manuel, and from DTI Foundation Dr. Entela Kondi-Project Coordinator and Aneta Toncheva – Technical Coordinator. This two-days meeting was divided into plenary sessions, workshops and a helpdesk. The workshops were devoted to financial and contractual issues. The helpdesk that was organized during the second day in orderto address specific issues or questions related to project implementation. It allowed individual projects to have a bilateral discussion with the EACEA staff and also between project representatives and National Erasmus+ Offices/International Contact Points. A private meeting addressing the EU-CHINA KeTLOD implementation issues were organized with Antonella Giorgio the EACEA officer of the project.
